About Aguilar Management
Here at Aguilar Rentals, we ensure an easy adjustment for people to find their forever or temporary home. We take pride in offering kind and honest service to our tenants, while making sure that your stay while on our properties is comfortable and safe. Our properties are low priced and affordable compared to competitors, and we make sure that our tenant’s needs are met.
Property Maintenance
We are proud to serve 24-hour maintenance services to all of our tenants. Whether your issue is big or small, our maintenance does a great job at making sure your problem is solved within a timely manner. We also provide insect and pest control every three months to ensure your home is free of any unwanted pests.
Power Outages
If you are experiencing a power outage, please call your local electric provider directly. Weakley County Electric at 731-587-9521.
ESA Policy
Emotional support animals (ESA) and service animals that assist with special needs are permitted with the appropriate documentation and management approval. To request approval, residents must provide a signed letter from a licensed medical professional stating that the animal is necessary for the resident’s well-being. The letter must be dated within one year of the inquiry date. Online certifications or documentation are not accepted. In addition to the ESA/service animal documentation, all standard pet requirements must also be provided, including vaccination records, a photo of the animal, and any other required pet documentation. All ESA and service animal requests are subject to management approval.
Lockouts
If you have been locked out of your unit, please contact us at 731-514-3646. If there is no answer, please leave a detailed message. Lockouts between 9am-5pm M-F are free of charge. After office hours and on weekends, there is a $50 lock-out fee.
Pet Policy
We understand that pets are an important part of the family, however, certain properties do not allow pets. Pet restrictions are based on the property’s policy and/or insurance requirements. Please carefully review the description of each property to determine whether pets are permitted and whether any specific animal restrictions apply. If you apply for a pet-friendly property, you must be introduce us to your pet by providing a current photo, breed or type, weight, and size. Current vaccination records are also required. All this information must be submitted before we can proceed with your application so that management can review and determine whether your pet is approved. If your pet is approved, a $500 pet deposit is required, with $250 of the deposit being nonrefundable. You must also follow all pet-related terms, rules, and requirements outlined in our lease. Our policy allows a maximum of two pets per pet-friendly property. Due to property insurance restrictions, Aguilar Rentals does not allow certain dog breeds at any of our properties. Restricted breeds include Akitas, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf Hybrids. Any combination or mix of these breeds, or any dog with known lineage from any of these breeds, is not permitted. Aguilar Rentals also reserves the right to deny any mixed-breed dog based on breed combinations, projected adult weight, or insurance restrictions. If you apply for or reside at a non-pet-friendly property, no pets are permitted on the property at any time. This is a strict, no-exceptions policy. Having a pet at a non-pet-friendly property is a violation of the lease and may result in immediate eviction.
